Our London EC1 address is based in the City of London, the premier financial district in the UK and probably in Europe, provides you with a business address that will impress your clients.
Our two reception desks provide mail forwarding facilities for all of our virtual office clients wherever they are based in the world.
As soon as mail is received it is arranged by client, recorded and then dispatched according to the clients' wishes.
Post received at our offices is mailed to our clients on the day it is received, however our EC1 address offers additional facilities so that you can also choose whether to collect it, have it faxed to you, or have it scanned and sent to an email address of your choosing .

Your UK virtual office address can be displayed on all of your company's literature both digital and printed. This means that all of your clients and the people from whom you make purchases see your London virtual office as your real office.
Our charges for mail forwarding are based on the standard first class postal charge plus a nominal ten pence per item fee to cover the costs of administration (£5 for parcels if not collected by the end of the next business day). As part of the initial sign up process, a postal deposit of £20 is collected. We will then allocate the cost of delivering items to you to your postal account.
Your mail forwarding account will need to be replenished from time to time depending on the volume of mail we receive for you. We will of course notify you when this is necessary.
