VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES - HOW IT WORKS
|
The UK Virtual Office Set-up Process
We have structured our UK virtual office set up process to be straight-forward. The text below guides you through the process step by step and seeks to provide full explanation of everything you can expect from the sign up parts of our services.
-
Selecting your Services: You can choose as many or as few of our London virtual office services as you require. Click on the "more info" tabs to obtain a full description of each service. The Menu is designed to provide you with information on which combinations of services go together and which are available separately. By choosing both mail forwarding and telephone answering together, some large discounts can be obtained compared to if the items were purchased separately.
-
The next stage of the process is to tell us who you are. Our information page asks you to enter the important details about yourself and how you would like your services to work. For example, where you would want us to send your mail to or if it is going to be collected, who will be picking up and at which intervals.
-
You can of course change these details at a later date should your requirements change, for example, if you wish your post sent to a new address. You would just need to contact us and let us know the new details.
-
Once your virtual office is set up we will send you the information you need to begin using it, your assigned telephone number, full mail forwarding address and fax number. The detail that we send you will obviously depend on the services you have selected during the sign up process.
Please let us have any comments on our virtual office sign up process both positive or otherwise. We are always looking to make improvements to our sign up service, as we understand that first impressions count.
