What it's like to work at Westbury
Teamwork at Westbury is a critical component of our success and underlines our whole approach. Many of our key people have been with us for more than ten years and some for more than twenty.
An essential element of our commitment to the team is achieved through internal training, regular appraisals and opportunities for advancement and promotion. Three of our partners joined directly from University and have been with us ever since.
It’s not however, all work and no play. We hold regular team events including barbecues, quizzes and meals out together and the team are encouraged to take part in our golf, cricket and annual sports and networking events.
