Ratan Lele

Ratan Lele has been at Westbury for more than two decades. During this time he has served many clients from all walks of life, trades and professions. He has particular expertise in dealing with owner managed businesses.

Ratan prides himself on offering a cradle to grave service, and finds it very fulfilling to help small clients grow into big successful businesses. His approach is based on getting to know his clients’ businesses very well so he can advise them proactively, taking care of their compliance issues so that they are able to work onrather than  in their businesses.

Ratan is also involved in  advising some of the new start up companies formed by  Companies Made Simple.

Ratan is an active member of BNI (Business Network International) and he is also a member of the Holborn Speakers'  Club. He is married to Ila and has two daughters, Amruta and Archana, who will soon be entering the field of investment banking.
