Nicky Padden

Nicky graduated from Brunel University in June 1998 with a degree in Mathematical and Management Studies. She joined Westbury in August 1998 as a trainee, working mostly in the audit department, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002.

As part of her training Nicky undertook a 6-month secondment to the tax department, and since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant has undertaken an increasing amount of taxation work in both Corporate and Personal Taxation. She now manages a number of the firms’ Trust clients and qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2006.

Nicky became a partner of the firm in 2007 and her work remains varied, including audit, accounts, taxation and general practice development. One of her key roles is to deal with the substantial number of enquiries the firm receives almost every day from new and young businesses.

Nicky is also involved in  assisting some of the new start up companies formed by  Companies Made Simple with VAT and PAYE issues and has helped many new companies get up and running.

Nicky lives with her husband Damian and daughter Isabel in Twickenham, West London. She enjoys travelling, cinema, theatre, walking her dog, swimming and yoga.
