How Important is a Business’ Reputation and How to Leverage It?

In my opinion, it is imperative that your business has a good reputation. Without a good reputation, your business is more likely to fail.  Let me explain.  In order for a business to carry on trading it needs to constantly secure new clients and maintain its existing clients and one of the best ways of doing this is by leveraging your reputation.

There is always the potential of securing new clients from one of your existing clients. Why? Because your existing client is happy with the good prompt professional service you provide, and they then recommend you to someone who is looking for services you provide.

Even though you may promote your business through advertising, if you do not have a good reputation you may not get as much business as you may have hoped.

Therefore maintaining and leveraging a good reputation is one of the keys to your business success!
