• Assisting with Money Laundering procedures
• Staff Work Programme
• Letters of Engagement and Bank Audit Letters
• New Client Set Up
• Finalising Accounts
• IT Issues
• Mailshots (letters and e-mails)
• Debt Collection
• Manage clients’ records
• Intranet
• Database Cleanup
• Monitor  and prepare Quotations
 

Skills Required:
 
• Candidates should be proficient in using Microsoft Access, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• IT Skills , paricularly problem solving
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Works well in a team environment
• Good telephone manner
• Flexible and hard working individual.
• Confident and pro-active
