Matrimonial Matters
We are often instructed to act as an expert forensic accountant in matrimonial disputes. This can be on behalf
of one spouse to value a business or a private company that one of them holds shares in, and may be a majority shareholding or a small minority interest.
On some occasions we will be instructed to trace assets that one spouse believes the other is hiding. We will utilise our forensic accounting and investigative skills to find these assets and report on our findings.
We are used to dealing with the very sensitive issues that arise in matrimonial disputes and are very careful not to aggravate the already difficult circumstances which divorcing parties may find themselves in.
