Railbookers was founded in 2003 to fill a niche that exists in today’s travel market place.
Railbookers is a specialist rail tour operator offering European rail travel and packages to the UK consumer. Offers are distributed via our website www.railbookers.com and bookings are fulfilled via our call centre. Our experienced team have first hand knowledge of the destinations they are selling and therefore, we are able to provide our customers with an insightful and professional level of service.
Destinations include most of Western Europe, with the majority of short breaks being to the main Eurostar destinations of Paris, Brussels and Lille.
The company was founded by the three directors, Andy Brabin, Kevin Tasker and Sarah Yandell who between them have more than 34 years of experience in the travel and IT industries. Railbookers.com was launched in March 2003 and in the first year the company turned over £850k. In 2004 the turnover was £2.1 million and the forecast for 2005 is £2.8 million.
Railbookers.com is committed to continued growth - growth of our services, packages and experience. In 2005 we are increasing the number of destinations on offer to include longer rail based holidays to regional France, Spain, Italy and Germany.
