Could penalties be issued for other forms and documents which I have to send to Companies House?
Fines and penalties are issued only for accounts.
Late filing fines are distinct from from those which may be imposed up on a director or other company officer.
It is very rare for the Register of Companies to wiave fines imposed. In order for an exemption to be granted there would have to be exeptional events to justify late submission.
