Who will inform me that I have incurred a penalty?
Companies House issue invoices for amounts due. These will be sent to the registered office address that is currently on file with the Registrar.
Failure to pay the penalty within a reasonable time will result in contact with the credit control department. Further steps are available through the courts if the sum remain unpaid.
