Howard Graham is currently a consultant to Westbury. Howard joined Westbury in 1985 after training with a top 20 firm of accountants and qualifying in 1983. He was a Partner in Westbury from 1987 until 2011.
Howard’s main area of professional involvement has been in the area of financial and business development focusing on strategy and planning. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Faculty of Information Technology, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and also holds the Financial Planning Certificate from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Over the last few years, much of Howard’s focus has been on the development of the award winning Made Simple Group Limited. This culminated in it receiving the Institute of Chartered Accountant's award in 2006 for best use of the internet for it's company formation website and being a finalist in the NatWest sponsored Thames Gateway Awards for Business of the Year in 2007.
The Made Simple Group concentrates on providing support services online to the small business sector and is the largest online company formation agent in the United Kingdom. It also provides online services covering credit searches, virtual offices, banking, insurance, business forms, and many other areas.
Howard’s other business interests include involvement with a fruit and vegetable company supplying hotels and restaurants jointly with Greg Wallace of Masterchef fame, a leisure goods operation and a property company.
Howard is actively involved in the local business community being a founding member of Clerkenwell BNI and the Clerkenwell Business Network and also a regular speaker at business events having regularly appeared on the Midas Touch panel at the Business Start up Show with Dragons, Peter Jones and Rachel Elnaugh.
Howard is married to Lesley, has two children and lives in north London. His interests include all sports particularly football where blue is truly the colour. He is also a keen cricket fan being both a member of the MCC and a Lord’s Taverner. Other interests include most sports, bridge, theatre, music and reading and spending time in Spain.

Nicholas Springer qualified in 1971 with one of the 'Big Four' firms - Whinney Murray (later part of Ernst and Young) - and spent a further year with that firm gaining additional experience.
He joined the family firm of Alexander Springer & Co. in 1972 and was admitted into partnership in July 1973. The firm was founded in 1932 by his great uncle in Spitalfields Market and consequently specialised in the wholesale fruit and vegetable trade. These connections exist today and Westbury still act for several businesses in this sector.
Alexander Springer & Co. merged with Westbury in 1995 and since then Nicholas has developed his portfolio of clients in other directions, including the property and leisure sectors, and he now acts for many overseas clients.
With his wife, Rosalyn, he has been involved over the years in fundraising for several charities, one of which, The Royal Masonic Trust for Girls and Boys, assists over 1800 children a year. He is also actively involved with Magen David Adom - Israel's primary ambulance service. Other interests include bridge, golf, travel, the arts and fine dining.

After completing his degree at the London School of Economics Philip joined Westbury in 1968, which has made him the longest serving partner with 40 years’ service. He has developed a substantial portfolio of clients, which includes a varied cross-section of industries such as property, advertising, retail, medical specialists and jewellery wholesalers.
Having become a partner about the time that VAT was introduced in Britain, he was given the brief to research this new tax law and has since become an expert in this area. Another field in which he has specialised in is Trusts and their operation both from a practical and tax perspective.
Philip prides himself in the care and attention he gives all his clients and makes himself available at all times.
Outside the office his pride and joy are his grandchildren. He is interested in most sports, especially football, tennis and cricket. Philip lives in North West London together with his wife, Barbara, and has 3 children who have now flown the nest with 2 living outside the UK.
